Terms and conditions
All entries for the Organic Semiconductor Industry Awards (OSIA) must abide by the following rules:
- All entries to be submitted in English language only.
- Closing date for OSIA 2008 awards: 31 July 2008.
- Entries will be judged by a panel of independent adjudicators including representatives from companies, trade bodies and academia, led by the Panel Chairman Craig Cruickshank, Editor, OSA Direct.
- You may enter as many categories as you wish.
- Applicants from previous years are welcome to enter again.
- Each entry for an award must be emailed by the person responsible for submitting the entry, and copied to the approving senior executive named on the entry form, and to the PR contact named on the form (if applicable).
- Entries are non-returnable unless clearly requested otherwise.
- The judges' decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into by any member of the judging panel.
- All winners will be announced at the Organic Semiconductor Conference Gala Dinner, on 30 September 2008 in Frankfurt, Germany.
- The OSIA awards are organised by cintelliq ltd.
- Awards winners may state in advertising or in promotional material, or on their stationery that they have won an OSIA award. They must include the awards logo. Please contact for logo and promotional information.
- Any press releases issued by winning or shortlisted organisations and mentioning the awards should be copied to cintelliq ltd
in advance of publication.
- cintelliq ltd reserves the right to use the names and photographs of winning and shortlisted entrants in future publicity.
